HootSuite Adds Function To Help Discover Your Audience

HootSuite has just released Barn Owl, a great addition to many peoples favorite social media dashboard. The Barn Owl includes tools which will make marketing better and will be an excellent addition for those who are asking "so who is in my audience?"
HootSuite's release of Barn Owl will offer relationship management, enhanced statistics reporting, and a "save as draft" functionality. This is just the beginning alongside many other features.

Know and Grow your Audience
Keeping track of all your contacts can get overwhelming. Get to know your audience better with the Friends and Followers chart. Besides the usual profile info, you'll see their activity level and "Klout" score, and you can quickly reciprocate the friendliness across networks.
Track what's Working
HootSuite helps you gather intelligence by tracking which messages get attention and clicks, this is including breakdowns by time and by region. Use the chart printing plus CSV exports option for custom reports and PDF printing.

If you have an update in mind, but are waiting on the link or video, picture to go with it, the new feature lets you put the update in a safe place to update later by adding a link to it
Get Tw Listed
Twitter Lists are the new groups that let you convert your existing groups and lists
Other features include: Linkedin commenting and custom URL variables for campaign tracking
